We have tried so many times to produce pumpkin blossom honey, most of which have happened in northern Whatcom county and have produced little to no excess honey. This year the hives were down in Centralia, a temperate area with a longer growing season. And voila! A crop! This is a great achievement, a delicious and flavorful honey from pumpkin blossoms. Not to be confused with pumpkin flavor, instead this is a pure and unique raw honey.
