This wildflower honey is collected from late summer, early fall wildflowers in the foothills of the western cascade mountains. It's brimming with the notes of thistle and knotweed, and maybe even a little late season field clover. We intend to have it analyzed for pollen count soon and we'll let you know!!!
This honey is not too thick, not too dark, not too sweet. We think you'll enjoy it's amber hue and traditional flavor!!!
