Over in Moses Lake, WA there are all kinds of big seed farms, growing crops not for farmers markets, but for farmers who need the seeds. This honey is from the bees working their magic on a number of different crops, but most notably radish, onion, alfalfa, mint, buckwheat, and carrot. The honey is silky and smooth, with a lot of waxy particulate throughout. Not too strong and not too sweet, this honey is what we'd call more of a "normal" honey. If we were to heat it up, it would be a light amber color, but we leave it raw and slightly cloudy!
