Each summer the bees are moved high up into the Cascades mountains, deep in the northwest!! As a result, this wonderfully sweet, light, and silky honey is collected from the native wildflowers that grow up in the clean, clear high mountain terrain. Mostly fireweed blossoms, a bit of Pearly Everlasting, and some Goldenrod to darken the honey just a tad!
